What are the types of Yoga

There are 4 main types of yoga or four "paths" of yoga:

Raj yoga: Raj means "royal" and is the most important part of this branch of yoga meditation. There are eight "oggs" of this yoga - due to which Patanjali named it "Ashtanga Yoga" Patanjali has mentioned this in "Yoga Sutras". The 8th organ is as follows: Yama (swearing), rules (rules of conduct or self-discipline), asana, pranayama (breathing control), withdrawal (control of senses), hold (concentration), meditation (meditation), and Samadhi (ecstasy or final liberation). Yaj Yoga attracts self-consciousness and people willing to meditate. Asana is the most famous part of Raj Yoga, even for most people, the meaning of yoga is asana. But the asana is just one part of yoga of one type. Yoga is much more than the asana practice.

Karma Yoga: The next branch is the path of yoga or service, and none of us can escape this path. The principle of Karma Yoga is that what we experience today is made by our actions in the past. Being aware of this, we can make the present a way to create a good future, which frees us from being bound by negativity and selfishness. Karma is the path to self-ascending action. Whenever we do our work and live our life in selfless form and serve others, we do karma yoga.

Bhakti Yoga: Bhakti Yoga describes the path of devotion. By looking at God in all the universe, Bhakti Yoga is a positive way of controlling emotions. The path of devotion gives us the opportunity to create acceptance and tolerance for all.

Jnana Yoga: If we believe Bhakti to Yoga of Yoga, then Gyan Yoga is the sum of intellect, the path of the sage or the scholar. To run on this path, the development of intelligence is required through the study of the texts and texts of yoga. Gyan Yoga is considered to be the most difficult, as well as the most direct. It involves serious study and attracts people who are intellectually interested.
